Well I got my new veil yesterday to replce my mammys which just doesn't go with my dress. Kinda disappointed I wont be wearing my mammys veil but my new one looks great. Still wearing my 1880's tiara and my grans bridal jewellery though. At least my something old and something new taken care of. I'm looking for ivory victorian style boots to wear as my whole outfit very victorian style. Finally found a dress in a style and colour that both me and maid of honour like. Got my flowers sorted (need silk ones as I want lillies but I'm allergic to them), got rings, got ceremony and reception venues, got invites, got photos sorted, need car, cake, nick and his bro's suits and thats about it...not bad considering I've got 6 months to go!

I am SO jealous!!! We have changed our minds about the venue about 35895892 times. But, thankfully Tuscon Chick here gave me the heads up on the church wedding being illegal in Germany because we were totally planning that as the huge do and the legal one in the States as just a courthouse thing. But now...where, how, what?!

Gah. At least it keeps my mind off the waiting.

Please add us to the list of July Filers.

Dan and Anca

P.S Please if somebody could show me how do I post our timeline

if you want to be added to the spreadsheet, you need to send a PM (private message) to weedebz, who is organising it... to do this, find a post by weedebz, click on her name, and then click on 'send message' from the list that appears :)

POST your timeline? if you mean have it appear under every post, like many, you'll need to add that to your signature, manually; there's no way of making it appear automatically

if you mean just have a timeline, that people can see from your profile: then you should click on 'immigration timelines' (in the blue bar across the top of every page), and then choose 'edit/add my entry' (over on the left) and go from there

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Well, I'm certainly glad that someone got a response. I wrote to my Senator about a month ago and still haven't hear anything. Good luck - give 'em hell!

Congrats. CSC seems to be on the move.. Now we just need to light a fire under the people at VSC to get them moving.

The fire may already be burning. VSC had 20 K1 approvals last week (Sun - Sat). That is close to the total of CSC/NSC/TSC which churned out 25. On a % of open petitions basis, VSC had a much greater % than CSC/NSC/TSC. :D

Maybe they have but I don't see my timeline going down. I'm up to Dec 21 now.

Thta's cos a lot of the filers being approved are nearer to the six month time frame. BUT, if they keep up at this pace, you will start to see your adjudicated date move forward! Keep the faith Arrta!!!
