Hello,

My wife is Grenadian and has a US visitor visa application submitted to the Barbados US embassy, but is currently a student in Toronto, CA. Her application is sitting  waiting for her to pay before she can schedule an appointment. However, she is in Canada and can't just fly to Barbados for an interview.  We have tried to contact the Barbados embassy every way possible with no answer or reply to figure out if it can be done in Toronto.

Is it possible to get her application re-routed thorough the US embassy in Toronto? And if so how do you go about doing that?  She holds a Grenada passport.

Thank you for your replies.  I can't count how many phone calls and emails I've sent with no replies.

She can apply in Canada as a student.

There is a consulate in Toronto, however, for immigrant visas, all interviews are set at the consulate in Montreal.  Just something to keep in mind.
