I'm rolling my eyes and thinking "here we go again!" lol. Yeah, we also saved our package from AOS (actually we used some of the documents we had in there for our ROC package, too!) and I will make a copy of the ROC package before sending it.

Exactly how I feel but it is what it is. Our marriage is not legal in Malaysia. Thus, we will do as USCIS says. :)

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

What you have listed looks good.  If you're still concerned that you don't have enough evidence, you do have more time to gather additional things.

Christmas wasn't long ago.  Have any Christmas cards sent to the both of you?

Have a healthcare POA?  If not, you can draft one in the interim and get it notarized (your local bank should have a notary, also the post office, possibly your insurance company).

401K statements listing each other as beneficiaries?

Emergency contact lists from your employers or schools listing each other as emergency contacts?

Credit card statements showing you both as authorized users?

Any home loan or car loan documents would be good if you both filed jointly for the loan.

Member of a church or organization with a directory and you're both listed?  Could include that.

Gym memberships?

Costco/Sam's Club memberships?

Make sure you and hubby discuss together how you will address questions about the separation.  I'm not suggesting you're lying about anything, but always good to make sure that you're both comfortable in going into a lot of detail if the IO asks questions.
