If any of you are WAC then they are taking 4+ months to get to biometrics, but working on cases pretty quickly.  I wouldn't worry about biometrics yet for those that are WAC.

I’m curious as well. I only read of one case with AOS and ROC interviews waived, and it was 2009. Mine says “initial review” on the email, does your say that too?

I got the status update that fingerprints were applied and that was before I got the reply from the request. But it did not mention an initial review just that there was no need to go to the ACS!

I got the update that fingerprints were taken on the app. But on the email it says “initial review”. Maybe I’m reading too much into it.

Ours said the same thing. Not sure what that means exactly, but it's some movement.

Just read the email again and indeed mine said the same thing "initial review" right there in the heading. Seems it just means they picked up the file for the first time.  It's a canned response, I would not make too much out of it, just continue wearing your "waiting boots".

It would greatly help you and us if you filled in your time  line with your info you provided. That way the whole VJ will be able to see it not just this thread. You get the maximum help and exposure that way.

BTW USCIS does not sponsor any app nor do they have one, developers just use the name when they make the app.
