Unless you like your new DOB, file for the replacement EAD.

The paper that came with the EAD tells you need to do in case there's something wrong with it. You don't file another form. You mail back the EAD with proof of what's wrong and they mail the new fixed card to you. In my case it took about 2 months.

I think it's funny that they messed up the DOB even though we've filed dozens of papers with the DOB, they have copies of her Passport and birth certificate with DOB, and they asked to confirm DOB at biometrics.

Paper says call a number. Called number and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Big fun!

What does the approval letter say? Mine came like this with the address to return the card in case something was wrong.

It says "Please check your card to verify that the information is correct. If any information on this card is missing or incorrect, please call the USCIS Contact Center (UCC) at 1-800-375-5283 or check our Website at www.uscis.gov for instructions."
