Processing time says 3 more weeks for us and we are at the Potomac Center. We submitted nov 4th. Sooo, coming up on a year soon. Really hoping for that approval this month.

This is really starting the frustrate me. California Service Centre are so slow, I was hoping they would speed up in October. It was great to see Shenoda G get approved last week. I’m super happy that a November case from California got approved. Let’s hope more of us get approved this week🙏

Ugh me too... 381 days today (24 Sep PD). I don't understand the huge lag time at CSC between my case and ones filed at the end of August who were approved in like 340ish days. It is becoming unbelievably frustrating!

Yes I agree they are definitely taking longer to approve cases now. I just saw my visa journey estimated approval date and it’s 7th July 2023!!! 😱. I can’t even imagine having to wait until next summer just to get the approval- wow this is a long process.

Don't be discouraged by that estimate.  Mine says OCT 4th to Nov 7th.  It is keep pushing it.  This is due to VJ timeline not updated by everyone.  I am positive we will have our time by this month if not in Nov. I hope and pray none of us will be pushed to Jan 2023 or after

Go California, Go USCIS,  Go go go go

Yes September seems to be where California are at right now. The odd October case and 1 November case that I know of has been approved too. They are ridiculously slow, I just can’t work out why they are taking so long.

I'm really really disheartened that a lot of filers THIS YEAR are getting approved so much faster than ours. I don't know what to think anymore. Expedite was denied from the beginning even with stage 3 breast CA. I really can't understand. I'm sorry, I just had to vent.

I feel exactly the same. I am mortified and sorry that your expedite was denied. I went through breast cancer a few years ago and have lots of health problems as a result of the treatment. My attorney told me not to bother trying to expedite as they would decline. I just don’t understand how they can keep families apart for so long. Let’s hope we hear something very soon.😊🙏

Just saw a California case for 24th September get approved on Lawfully.  Looks like California are on the move again 🙏🙏
