EAD - Offer/Letter Sample

Hi folks!

Earlier this year I entered the USA on a K1 visa and got married within the 90 days. A few months ago I also started the AOS process, along with EAD/AP card request.

I had my biometrics appointment last week and the case status changed to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS on the USCIS online portal the next day.

Back in Bulgaria, I used to work for a Bulgarian company with HQ in the USA. My old boss would like to offer me a job if I can start sooner rather than later, so I'd love to try and expedite the EAD.

We'll be quoting severe financial loss - to me because I'm not able to take the job and to the company, because the department I'm supposed to take over is responsible for 4-5M in revenue a month. That being said, he's requested I send him examples of what other people have used - job offer, letter from employer stating revenue loss & etc, so he can run it by HR and send me what I need.

Would any of you be able to provide examples or documents you've used successfully (with personal/sensitive information blacked out) by chance?

you just need a standard job offer letter. there is no specific format ..does your employer not have a format for employment letter. it should on company letter saying what your job is and that you are being offered employment
