ir5 Alphabet error in the name of beneficiary's deceased husband

Hi guys, 

 

If in a scenario where the sponsor is petitioning for his mother only, but there is an error with the alphabet in the sponsor's deceased father's name (the beneficiary's deceased husband name), so would that be a problem in the documentation of sponsoring the mother (beneficiary) only to US? (Adjust status or Counselor processing both).
Say like the Sponsor has the father's name is Suhail in the documents where as the mother has the husband's name written as Sohail in her documents.

Not an issue

can be corrected at interview if the CO deems it necessary
