My fiance failed drug testing a year ago for Marijuana.  Here's the kicker he's not even a smoker just decided on one occasion to smoke with friends. Of course his visa was denied and he had to do random testing which was completed and all negative.  Does he have to do another medical since the testing was done by the folks who performed the medical?? Or does that get automatically forwarded to immigration

he'll have to undergo the new medical exam with drs approved by immigration as the 1st exam expired in 6 months

and there are other things that can pop up like TB at any time

he'll need the new document from embassy to even schedule the medical exam

He will need to undergo another medical as the one from a year ago has already expired.  Notify the consulate that your fiance has completed drug testing.  Do NOT schedule his new medical until the consulate says to do so.

We got a packet today stating to schedule the medical. But nothing about interviewing again.

The testing was done by the same place the performed the medical. We received forms stating that he should complete a new medical, but it says nothing about scheduling an interview again. This is so confusing
