We'll be starting on processing my son and I ROC. What are the requirements that we need? Thanks in advance for the help.

I’m horrible at pasting links from my phone, but there is a guide for form I-751 here in Visajourney. Very detailed. Read it and follow through. Basically you need to prove that you entered the relationship in good faith. Submit evidence from the time you got married, up to the present (tax returns, health insurance, leases, utility bills, bank statements, etc)

Yes, I did. I think it's almost the same as the one we sent for AOS.
