Adjustment of Status - Missing Vaccinations

While working on my husband's adjustment of status papers, I discovered that he was missing a few required vaccinations.  After a few weeks of phone calls, I was finally able to make him an appointment to get them.  The only problem is I can't get him in until 10/13 and his 90 days is up on 10/1.  Is is better to send in his application without the required vaccines or wait to send in the application until he has received the vaccinations?

So this with a Civil Surgeon? Some friends went through this and it took a couple of days.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

The civil surgeon referred me to the local health department, which is why we have to wait so long to get an appointment.  The civil surgeon said after my husband gets the vaccines to come back and he'll do the paperwork for us.

First of all, is the DS3025 marked complete or is it marked that he refused to take the vaccines? If it's complete, there's nothing else he needs to do.

If it's marked he refused, then yes, he needs to take the vaccines and get all of them transcribed into an I-693. But this can be done at anytime before the interview. Don't delay filing for AOS because of that.
