Me and my wife are about to submit our I-130 online and have taken pictures to use as passport style photos. They seem to be fine based on the criteria and on some online website tools, but I am worried about an RFE because I do not wish for our case to take any longer than it has to. I don't know where to ask but I would like some extra confirmation these would be accepted given we took them ourselves individually (currently apart) I'm concerned if my wife's eye is being covered too much by her hair, and as for mine I have some concerns about the lighting. I also have another one that has better lighting but my shoulders are more angled instead of being front facing. I would just like to know if anyone with some type of experience or better knowledge could help us know if these would be accepted or not before we submit, or if we should retake them, and just how strict they would be, -

I need your input on the following questions of mine. 1- My sponsor's dad died a few years back, Should we write anything in "What is their city/town of residence & "What is their country of residence" or should we leave it blank since he isn't alive anymore? 2- My sponsor has no record of her dad's date of birth since she was a Somalian refugee when she moved to USA 20 years ago. Should we leave this space for "Dad's date of birth" blank? 3- Should we write my (beneficiary's) postal address here or should I leave it blank since it says that if the beneficiary lives outside US then we can leave it blank? 4- Should we write my (beneficiary's) name again here? We have already mentioned it before, or should we leave it blank? TIA

We are overseas where we got married and my spouse is ready to file online for the CR1. However, she cannot access her USCIS account she created before traveling to Europe because the phone number she used for that account is not working outside of the US (so she is not receiving the verification codes). She tried recovering the account etc but nothing works. USCIS customer service tried helping but could not. Is it possible to start from the scratch and create a new account and use another phone number for the new account (that works here in Europe)? She has not used the "old" online account earlier for anything else. -
Hello everyone! My husband and I are in the process of getting everything ready to apply for the CR1 Petition. We noticed that you can apply online now - Is there any difference between applying online VS through mail? IF NOT, when submitting the petition online, would we just attach all of our evidence such as photos, plane tickets, passport stamps, etc.. there? I feel like its not organized since it randomly attached; what do you think? ALSO, do I need to write any description on the photos that I would be uploading to say where they were taken and what year? Any advice with filling online and keeping things organized for the visa officer? I guess when applying online I don't need to provide a table of contents or anything like that? PLEASE HELP. Thank you in advance! -
Hello everyone~ Ad the time to upload our online I-130 is approaching, I found myself wondering on the proper way to upload all PDF forms for our bona fide proof. We have a lot of PDF to prove our marriage and Here are some ways to upload them. Please help choose which one of the following looks/sounds correct to follows: OPTION A: upload all documents separate in each PDF: 1. Previous apt lease 2. Current apt lease 3. Bank transaction 4. PDF of the Cover Letter with photos 5. Letter of support from friend A 6. Letter of support from friend B 7. Letter of support from friend C 8. Health Insurance card with name of a spouse and beneficiary 9. Power of Attorney for Year-end tax OPTION B: put each PDF as a category: 1. Both Leaves in one PFT: previous apt lease + current apt lease 2. ALL Letters of Support as one PDF 3. Health Insurance card and Power of Attorney for Year-end tax or another way not mentioned above?
