I found this thread because I had my Biometrics appointment today and my case status updated to "case being actively reviewed by USCIS" for both the I-485 and I-765 but strangely not the I-131. I was curious as to the trending wait times between now and the interview being scheduled. Seems like its been rather quick for some of you all! Hoping its the same for me 🤞

They might going to send you another Notice for Biometrics for your I-131. I just watched some videos that they need to do Another Biometrics for their I-131 but I’m not really sure. I didn’t applied for my I-131.

I’ve never had my case reviewed. It went straight from biometrics to “case ready to be scheduled” in a few days. Now we are waiting for the interview after an expedite.

And EAD and 131 still “received” since January.😂 USCIS is a mystery.

What’s your timeline look like?

I just once checked again and no interview letter on the account. I guess we have to wait for the actual notice to arrive. I checked 3 times so far: at 4ish after I noticed the change in status, about 4 hours ago and just now.

You mean you sent it the last week of September and they received it October right? Pretty quick indeed. My case status has been at Actively Being Reviewed since October 18th.

you sent your AOS packet end of September 2021 and already have an interview scheduled?! That's amazing!! Is there any special reason why it worked out so quick for you? Did you guys expedite?

Same for me, they didn’t upload the document on the portal. I contacted a live agent through Emma this morning because I simply have no patience and felt like I needed to know ASAP, so I found out my interview is scheduled for 12/8 ☺️ You can try to do that if you don’t want to wait!

Marriage-based AOS Timeline:

Aug 11: Sent packets to USCIS - I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765 and I-131

Aug 15: USCIS received packets

Aug 17: Checks cashed, NOA sent

Aug 30: Biometrics is scheduled

Sep 23: Biometrics taken, status updated to "USCIS is actively reviewing your case"

Oct 8: RFE for Birth Certificate (it was submitted with initial packets), submitted evidence online

Oct 9: USCIS received evidence and will resume processing my case

Nov 5: Interview was scheduled!

Dec 8: Interview day!!!
Dec 8: I-130 and I-485 approved!!!

Dec 16: Received GC
