    Guys I finally received my approval!! I am so excited! This has been such a long journey. I am hoping everyone else gets some movement soon too!! Thank you guys for all your help and support

    Thank you! It seems as though they are approving cases without interviews a lot recently. Cases which aren’t “abnormal” or don’t have any details which are of cause for concern. I also sent the medical in with the application and it seems like a lot of waived interview cases also had the same done. My guess is that they are trying to clear the backlogs quickly. I’m hoping things pick up for us September filers and everyone else waiting for a while!

    It seems as though my interview has been waived. I-130 approved but not I-485 yet. I had an RFE two days ago regarding my birth certificate but I submitted a response the same day. Waiting to see what becomes of this...🤞

    So I had a similar thing happen but it was the I-130 that was approved. The status didn’t change to say that but the approval notice popped up in the online account. I’m hoping this means the I-485 was approved too 😬

    Does anyone know how long after the I-130 is approved that the I-485 follows? We got the I-130 approval on the online account. But nothing on the I-485. Previously the I-485 status already said case was actively being reviewed but it updated again today to say the same. Does this mean anything?

    Just got some movement this morning. The I-130 petition on my case was approved and they sent the notice online. Also my I-485 was re-updated to say "Case is actively being reviewed" so hopefully this means good news soon! 🤞

    Omg congrats! I’ve been seeing so many people on Reddit get theirs waived or processed in under a year and it seems like we’ve just been waiting forever. Glad yours is moving along!

    Exciting news nonetheless! Could be a glitch because of the maintenance to the case tracking and other tools on the site. So check again in about 52 mins when it’s scheduled to end

    Nice! If you check your online account the approval notice will tell you if its both. That was the case for me
