Depends of the county. Did you tried to call the Embassy?

im from Montenegro and Embassy is in Serbia where i was at interview , also passports we sent via DHL to Belgrade Embassy  , i dint try call it bcs i dont know  should i call embassy or here this website  https://ais.usvisa-info.com , which i registred after interview .
