Has 'Ask Emma' been having connection problems this week? Had disconnected me twice after waiting for an hour and getting to a representative!

The first time I was 36 in queue and the second time I was 16.

 

After being connected to a rep/agent, saying "hi" and being asked to verify name/DoB/address, it shows me "problems processing last request" and then the annoying Disconnected from Live Chat. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Having the same issues today. Site connects to live agent then they disconnect before I can answer the question. It has happened 5 times in a row. Same response you have posted.

Bringing this thread back up - having the same problem. 3 times in a row. How did you get around this?
