USCIS Field Office Phone Call for Naturalization Interview Scheduling?

My wife has a pending naturalization case filed in Houston, TX in Nov 2020 and received a phone call and a voice message from the self-claimed 'Immigration Office' regarding naturalization (the exact word used in the voice message was 'citizenship application') this afternoon. The person claimed her name is Officer Moore and left a call back number.

When we googled the call back phone number 281-539-7000, it showed it's a commercial company land line in Houston. However, internet research also showed the number may be from a USCIS Houston Field Office.

We are confused and concerned it may be a scam?

Why not call during business hours?  It will be pretty clear if it is legit.

We have seen some cases of calls from FOs if they are trying to schedule at short notice. Maybe they had a cancellation and her name was next in line, or something like that.

Thank you very much! We went to the field office and found the call was legit. We were told the FO called my wife directly because we are a military family and they wanted to offer an earlier date.
