I am from Liberia I was on admisdritive processing from June 6 2019 till finally ended April 2021! I am ok k1 Visa but there were other who also had cr1 , The day I was going to the embassy, the embassy wrote me to take new  police clearance, medical, original birth certificate for both me and my fiance, they ask me to not submit new birth certificate if they have it with them, so I just printed my fiance birth certificate, and ask me to update my CEAC ,ds160, which I did finally I will pick up my passport on may 6 2021. Pls be paitance God is in control I was really given up on this administrative processing but God time is the best.

Passport return back no visa, embassy Emil me saying once the visa is ready to get issue they will email me to send the passport they are not requesting any documents at this time,

 

I re do medical and police clearance, submitted it with the passport,I also did finger print for the second time. Is it normal this administrative processing has taken 2 years now 😢😢😢

It appears you are still in AP.  Normal for high-fraud, high-risk embassies.

The embassy wrote me that administrative processing was completed! But to my greatest surprised send me back my passport with no visa, the letter attached say they will email me once they are ready to issue the visa,I wrote the embassy saying if administrative processing was completed how will they send me back my passport with no visa, now on CECS ,say refused,my last update is may 6 ,no response from the embassy since April 26, they only update the case,any one going through this or has been through this?

My Fiancé is also from Liberia. We are not in that stage yet with the embassy. Still awaiting NOA-2. Did you do K1 visa

Thank you for sharing the documents, and I feel sorry about your experience. Everybody is tortured in this long process. I highly suggest you to ask a lawyer for professional advice. Are there any red flags with your case that you can think about for them to delay so long?

No, I think they couldn't have sent me this letter

They emailed me that the visa is undergoing processing, they are not requesting any documents at a moment, once processing is done The embassy will email to turn in my passport for the visa it been three weeks no response they only updated the case from April 26,To May 5. 

Thank you so much for your advice we will wait until after 60 days if nothing happen then my fiance will get a lawyer for the embassy to take a decision on my case it been so long 😢😡

Yes, I saw that you have been waiting since 2019, and this is too long until now if you have not get any determined result. Again, please keep us posted for how your case is going, and meanwhile find an attorney to investigate after 60 days.
