hello, thanks for including me in this group... I am F3 category..and waiting for interview.. I cannot bring my sons bcoz they are 24 and 27 already,

I really want them to follow us in US.. As I review f2b - it will take a long time before they will get their visa..   as long as they will not get married.

I am searching how can I bring them ?. if they will apply for tourist,? are they going to be approve. or might as well apply in Canada.. so they can go

to US.. when PR comes.. Thinking of all alternatives.. thank you for helping.. Godbless you!

They could look at work visas, investment visa's or maybe Student visa's.

Tourist visas are for visiting the US.  Visitors can not live here or work here.

There is no way to bypass the 7 years wait in the F2b category.

If your sons overstay visitor visas, their overstays are not forgiven.  They will not be able to get green cards through the F2b category.

There are no alternatives.

Sorry.
