Why some cases from April or May have not still being processed unlike others from August already being processed?

Why it can take longer?

Thank you

If anyone is interested.

It seems that USCIS is picking up steam. after slump in July, in August USCIS is almost on levels from 2021 (see blue bars => those are closed cases). They are even closing old RFEs (red bars in old months are finally getting smaller) .

On the second screenshot, you can see only NOA1 cases from past months up to September this years. Sadly trend of leaving people behind continues, there are still significant number of cases that are left open in March, April, May.

Thank you so much for this information.

Seems they finally got some employees to move a bit faster.

Can I post this in the July 2021 thread?

Or if you want, you can post it.

I don't want to take credit for your work.

Thanks again.
