I get 221g for all relationship proof on my interview. After some time i submit all documents whatever they ask and after submitting one week i get all documents back with new 221g. And they ask to submit passport. After submitting today my status change refused to ready again. May i knew what next step i have to do now. Please help me

Wait for status to change to non-immigrant

That not make sense then why they give second 221g for passport submit. They should can give me for interview?  What u think

Have you email your embassy? I believe that is the best thing to do right now

I call them they said i have wait only without timeline. If they want interview then they have send me instruction letter

Please create a timeline here so we can see the process

it is important to know when your interview took place 

asking for the passport is a good sign that they may have intention to approve the visa

if your medical exam is old , u may be asked for a new one as you have to travel within 6 months of that exam

and since you have no timeline here,  we can't see the dates of anything let alone the interview date and a probable date for the medical exam
