Hi everyone!

We applied in January 20th 2021

Married in Ecuador: December 29th 2020

Applied online: January 20 2021

NOA 1: Jan 20th 2021?

Case was received same day and got letter in the mail within a week (California Service Center)

When I had just applied, it said your case was received at Nebraska Service Center, but I asked Emma and said it's in California. Does this mean that it got transferred?

Now it says case is being actively reviewed since Feb. 24th

Also I am permanent resident I don't know if this changes anything at all.

Would it be helpful if we submit more evidence?

Any input on my case? I have seen people get approved very quickly after their case is under review. This is making me very anxious.

I uploaded a couple of extra documents to MyUSCIS within a few days of applying, but well before the case was being actively reviewed.

At this point if I were you I would not submit anything else unless you get a Request for Evidence. Processing times quoted for USCIS are different depending on if the petitioner is a USC vs. permanent resident, but they are still only estimates. Try to be patient for now and not pay so much attention to what is happening with other cases. Later on, if it looks like your case is outside normal processing times, that would be the time to verify what center has the case and send an inquiry.

Going by what you've said, I believe your case is at CSC considering that's what it says on the NOA you got in the mail. This most probably means it got transferred.

Case under review means it's being worked on, you should get NOA2 soon, hopefully.

Very surprising.

Hey guys... seen this in my documents section. Does this mean that I need to upload additional evidence and does it add more time towards my processing time???

Filling out your timeline makes it easier for peeps to assist you with answers.

Now, Wrt your question, looks like you filed online? If yes, did you upload more evidences after submission?

What did you file for?

That is an optional section. If you upload anything, there is no guarantee that USCIS will look at it, but it also should not increase the processing time.

Unsolicited evidence isn't counted as part of the primary application. However, as stated in the pic you uploaded, they will use the additional evidences if need be.

About a month after I filed my I-130 I was looking through the files I had uploaded when I filed online and noticed I had apparently forgot to upload a pdf I had created, and intended to upload, detaining a particular international trip I made with my wife and step daughter.  Though I'm sure my petition was very strong even without that evidence, and it alone would not make the petition succeed or fail,  I actually counted that pdf as some of my strongest bonafide relationship evidence and absent minded me, had forgot to upload it with the initial petition.  So a month late I uploaded it through that link.  Two weeks after that both my petitions, for wife and step-daughter, were approved in near record time of 49 days from online submission to approval.  I have no idea if that late submission was even looked at or had any role at all in the decision making, but I can say it was really good evidence if it was looked at and definitely did not hurt or delay anything by dropping it in there.  That is just my experience.

Is there anyone still waiting for their NOA2? My process keeps saying that it's under review, it's going to be almost a year and there are no updated whatsoever and I am frustrated!

According to the message I just got from USCIS they said my file is

"....is pending at Nashville, TN Field Office and is within our current processing time."

What does this mean in terms of the process (pre-NOA2) as a whole?
