Payment for I-129f by credit card

Hello, guys.

My fiance sent to I-129f to Lewisville, TX via Fedex. And we are waiting for NOA1.

We also know that we need to wait more.

But people who sent the form on same day we sent started getting NOA1.

I have big important question.

I read G-1450 instruction on USCIS website. And we submitted this form with i-129f. We wanted to pay filing fee by my fiance’s credit card.

Paying by credit card is slower than check or money order? Or credit card doesn’t work for i-129f?

I’m so confused... Would you please share information if who knows about it?

We did credit card, no issues. They are speeding up with NOA1's apparently now. Your time will come soon :)

My Fiancé paid with credit card for i129-f with form G-1450 and everything went smooth, no delay and no issues!

Aww thank god, it worked!

I think my fiance put wrong phone number on G-1145 so I guess we can’t get NOA1 by text..

I've heard that people fill in G-1145 and then still don't get the notice by text and get the one by mail straight away. We filed with a lawyer and they didn't even fill G-1145 out, we found our number by calling USCIS ourselves because everyone in December filers was getting their number and I was freaking out that we hadn't. The lady at USCIS told us our number. 2 days later the notice came in the mail.

Omg really? I totally understand how you felt... I was trying to call USCIS but they had many lines so I couldn’t find their right number. Would you share how you did, please? 😭

Of course :) Im not 100% sure which number my fiance called (he is the petitioner) but when he got through to the robot voice asking why he was calling he said 'i have lost my case number' and it transferred him to a person. I believe some people have also got through saying 'I am locked out of my account'.

Take a deep breath, it will be ok :) If something has gone wrong with your application e.g. payment or something, they will send it back usually within 1-2 weeks. They will not make you wait ages for NOA1 just to reject it. So chances are it will be ok
