How long did your N-400 interview take?

My notice says that the proceeding takes 2 hours. Is that how long it actually takes? What's your experience?

Actual interview approx 25 minutes. In the building for about 45 min?

And was 2 hours mentioned in your notice too?

Waited for 1.5 hour before called. Interview only lasted 20 minutes.

My interview letter also states 2 hours - I thought it was due to same-day oath ceremonies.

And how long it actually took? Also the time of appointment is 7.30 am. I didn't even know they open so early. Of course my first thought was they are going to dig into my divorce case and that is why they are allowing enough time for that.

My experience was 30min wait and 30min interview.

My notice said 2 hours too but I was done and about of the building in less than 20 mins.

My interview today was on time, and only took 20 minutes. Had a text saying I was in line for an oath ceremony before I even left the parking lot.

Everyone’s notice says 2 hours. I think it’s to allow for waiting time etc. interviews are generally 15-30 minutes.
