Hi there. We will be filing next month for the ROC and we have most of our documents together already from the last two years.

Bank Statements

Lease Agreements

Phone Bills

Renters Insurance

Health Insurance

Are we required to also do the affidavits of support?

Has anyone recently filed ROC in the last year without them and been approved?

We have plenty of people who can do it but we are getting close to when I want to send it off and I'm wondering if its a requirement or not?

Thank you. :)

Adding driver license with same address. Affidavits is not really important since you have a good amount of evidence, but there is no harm to include it.

They are not a requirement.  You have a good list and do not need affidavits.  Affidavits are most useful when you DON'T have good evidence.

We did not have affidavits.

Good luck!
