Hi, all

Hope everyone is doing well. we have received the RFE copy on Feb 14th that requested us to submit more evidence about two years meetings requirements

we have some of the questions about the RFE, hope you all whom had experiences could help.

1.  we have visited each other during the pass two year, however none of us have saved the boarding pass, but we have printed out the flight info, prepared the photos that we took together during the trip, hotel details have printed as well. is it enough?

2. my Fiance has dual citizenships, he has came back to our country to meet his family and me by using our country passport therefore he did not have the stamps on his US passport. shall he submitted both passport stamps and passport copy?? would it be an issue?

3.  knowing that it would be best to have friends or family to write an statements as affidavits, however as we do not feel comfortable to ask them also offer their passport copy as it is too personal. would it be ok if we did not submit any written statements from friends and family?

Thank you all for the help

1.  Itinerary and photos are secondary evidence.  Hotel info is meaningless.  Hotel receipts are better if the guests are named.

2.  They don't care what passport as long as it's his, so yes, send in the information

3.  Affidavits are evidence of last resort

YMMV

If you have any passport stamps proving either one of you traveled to visit one another, plane tickets, hotel receipts.  As mentioned before, affidavits are a last resort.
