Guys i really worry about my age now i am 21 yrs and 7 months old. my question is
Can i eligible for cspa

You won’t know until your priority date is current. You haven’t given us your birthdate to calculate exactly but you have one year 2 months and 12 days protection under CSPA, so your priority date needs to be current before you turn 22 years 2 months and 11 days (you need to be under 21 on CSPA), you can figure out what month that will be from your exact birthdate. So you probably have about a 6 months window from now, depending on that date.

Is this an F3 or F4 case?  How are the petitioner and primary beneficiary related?  What country?  What's your birthday (exact date)?

FYI poster said F3 in other thread, I believe it was Pakistan.
