Need help on how to proceed or what's the next step

Hello everyone! 

 

I just finished filling up the I-129F form. Took me about 3 days just to make sure I did everything right and no details missed. Now, I don't know what to do next. I just want to apologize in advance if my lack of information offends anyone. Basically, I am just confuse and don't know what to do. In the form on page 8 and question 54, I did not fill it up yet because I am unsure of what to do and I just want to make sure that I am in the right path. The part that I am confuse about is, is this the part where I have to basically make the packet? The packet that consist of the form, payment, cover letters, statement of intent to marry, the proof of meeting in 2 years, evidence of relationship, etc. Or do I just write a paragraph of how me and my fiancee met and submit it?  then after that make the packet and send it? Once again I do apologize if my lack of information leads me to asking a stupid question.

I have not yet, thank you! This will be really helpful for me, especially the check list
