Well here's the thing. I grew up dirt poor. My parents made no provisions for me in the future, and honestly barely made any for themselves but expected us kids to take care of 'em.... somehow. My grandparents on the other hand were kind enough to leave me something when they passed, but I in no way expected it of them. I am very sure, that had my parents been wealthy they still would have made no provisions, because they really were the sort of persons to neither think about it or care. Pretty sure there's lots of parents like that both rich and poor.

In reality, there's a plethora of examples of this kind of idea being attempted, and the actual "outcome" that happens every time is you'd change nothing at all. How? You can't change the conditions of money supply in such an insane and drastic way yet keep all else the same. I don't see any assessment or recognition of the consequences, a recurring theme for ideas that have a dangerous tunnel vision for "outcomes" and little else.
