You were not actually approved at the interview.  All cases go through administrative processing afterwards.  Some cases and some countries require additional or extended checks, etc.  Final approval is signified by the CEAC status changing to "Issued".

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You just scared me!

they took my passport and told me everything is alright, congratulations, you will receive your passport within 7-10 days.
How am i not actually approved? Is there any chance i might get my passport back with no visa stamp?

As I said, ALL cases go through some form of processing after the interview.  The only REAL indication of approval is when the status changes to "Issued".  Having said that, if the consulate officer recommends approval, the status will likely change to "Issued".  Just be aware that there have been cases where the AP was extended.

Very unlikely in your case, imo.   Just watch for the status to change to "issued".
