Hi all! This is great news! Does this mean the NVC is sending cases to the consulate in Guangzhou now or was your case a special exception?

They sent all 5 cases from NVC that were also plaintiffs in the lawsuit. They were all sent the same day, sent Friday arrived Monday, we all got  phone calls from the consulate the next day, P3’s were sent and it’s responded to, interviews are being scheduled

Congratulations!! We joined round 3 and were officially added as a plaintiff. May I ask how you contacted the Guangzhou consulate after knowing the ruling of the lawsuit? Thank you😊

I'm an original plaintiff.  I mailed the GZ consulate immediately and they told me the next day that they will resume processing for me. Then we got a call the following day asking us where to send P3.
