I also submitted my AOS package in November. My package was received by USCIS on November 16 (based on FedEx tracking). Lets keep each other posted when we will have some progress in our case.

Good luck to everybody.

Hello Everyone, me and my my boyfriend came to the US in February 2020. I came with my green card and he came with a b2 visa. We started living together on Sep and got married on November. I am here to learn how to do the process on my own. To start I must send:

I-130, I-130a, I-864 and I-485 together, right? Or should I get a lawyer?

If u are USC, u can petition ur husband for AOS. But as LPR you can’t petition ur husband that’s already over stay his B2 visa. He has to go back to his country and got a year ban or more to enter USA while u file petition and get his CR1 visa
