Marilyn...can't *believe* you couldn't get into the Kiera/Matthew version! They just about knock me over! I love the story, so may check out that miniseries..but now that I love this 2005 version and have watched it over and over and .... I don't think I can picture Miss Elizabeth and Mr.Darcy as anyone but those people...I could give it a go though and just pretend that they are the actors and Keira and Matthew are the *real* ones..... :lol: Maybe give it another go sometime? Then again, you know what you like!

My fave Starbursts are red and pink too, in that order. Heh.

My favorite American football team is Green Bay Packers

Shepard PIE! A.K.A Hamburger pie.

Brown the 1# of ground beef.

Add 2 cans of green beans.

Add two cans of tomato soup.

Top it all off with mashed potatoes.

Bake her till she's done!

Artery cloggin goodness!

Serve with peaches and cottage cheese and some bread and butter!

very good....I do it a similar way, tho not exactly (Thanks, Euro if you're around anywhere yet!)

browned hamburger, bag of frozen mixed veggies, topped off with mashed taters and shredded cheese...bake until the cheese is hard..ish. Mmmmmmmmm. Fatteninggggggggggg, but good.

you should watch it... I think the problem I had with the movie version is that they stuffed the story into about 2 hours... the mini series goes into more detail... I saw the mini series before the movie too so to me Colin Firth was Mr. Darcy and it was weird seeing someone else play that role...
