Has anyone had this problem when trying to pay the affidavit of Support fee? I put in the case number and invoice number to pay the fee and it just gives me this summary page. It wont let me pay or submit any documents.

These are the fees I was trying to pay.

  1. Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee
  2. Affidavit of Support Fee

you don't pay any now /  a fee is due to embassy day of interview for K 1

Please do a timeline

Please let VJ community know what county this is for (embassy of interview)

And that is when I would bring the paperwork for Affidavit of Support as well?

You do things when immigration asks and they will also give you a list of originals to interview

that list can be found on the US embassy of your country (and we don't know what country that is as no timeline/ no country listed)

people going thru the same embassy as you are your best resource for informations

You don't pay a fee for the I-134, Affidavit of Support. That is a document required to be submitted at the interview along with other documents that are populated in the embassy's P3 letter/instructions. It's near impossible to give you a factual answer without knowing your timeline and your country to which you are interviewing from. SO.....

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks.

I think you are very confused in the process. You have an application fee when you file the I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e). Then you have a interview fee and a medical fee. That is all the fees associated with the K-1 visa process. Until we know what country you'll interview in (and please don't post it as we will not remember when you ask your next question in a new thread, so complete your profile so it travels with you) we can't opine as to what is needed for you based on your embassy. Each embassy is different in their requirements (interview fee is the same for all k-1's).
