"Case was sent to the departement of state " that was my message for this morning , then i check my gmail and i found another letter from the national visa service !!! 

Whats that mean ?

Means your i130 petition was approved and you’ve moved onto the next step... 

 

Read the email from NVC to log in CEAC using the case/reciept number they give you and start filling out DS260 and AOS..
 

once that’s done, and accepted it goes to consulate for interview

Depends on how fast you pay the fees and fill out the forms... usually about 2-3 months by the time they review the documents and accept them

These days NVC is taking even 10 days. Mine was approved in 18 days, my friend's was approved in 10 days.
