No idea why any videos are saying to skip it, or what videos those are. It's a pretty simple set of Yes/No questions that either apply or do not apply to you. I see nothing that indicates a valid reason to skip it.

I think it's pretty clear that this does NOT need to be filled out unless you are applying under the ALIEN WORKER category. You're not supposed to be filling out anything in that entire subsection unless you "selected Item Number 3.a. "Alien Worker, Form I-140".

If you answered "Yes" to 9.a. - you fill out 9.b. and 9.c.; if you answered "No", you skip to 10 and answer that. But if you aren't an Alien Worker, you aren't applying under that category, and didn't make the selection as stated on Form I-140 -- then this entire section does not apply to you.

I could be wrong, but I don't think so. It seems very clear and straightforward to me.

Under "Additional alien worker information" section it says "answer 9.a if you selected 3.a alien worker, Form I140"

if you answer yes, you answer other questions, if no - you skip to 10. but first line is only about question 9.a, not whole alien worker section. also on question 10 it says "regardless of the immigrant category you're adjusting under"

idk, also looks simple to me - have to answer... :) maybe someone else can chip in
