Case received 5 months ago, still no biometrics appointment?

Getting really discouraged here.  Still no update and nothing in the mail.

 

called a few times and the same old response that we are well within the fine frame.

Have you put a service request in for case outside of normal processing? For the california service center it says you could put a case inquiry in if you filled before april 3 but you can still do it even if you filled after that. It doesn't hurt to try but it also doesn't seem to help anyone..

How long has it been since you filed? Ours took 6 months to hear something back!

April 15th was our receipt date.

 

I sent in an inquiry this morning and will keep calling until we get an answer.

EAD was approved November 13th

Congratulations!! I was the same page like you do!

My i485 was received on

June 20..... 
July. 17 received RIE 

Oct.  20 mailed out my RIE

Dec.   9. Received my biometric appointment on dec 22. Iwas devastated like you do before I received my biometric appointment.... it feels like forever before I received it until that date my wife tell me I got mail from uscis 😭😭. Finally things in progress!!!!!
