Nature of Submission: Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence for ZZZZ, A-XXXXXX

 

 

Dear USCIS Examiner:

 

Enclosed, please find a JOINT I-751 petition for  the Removal of Conditions on the Permanent Resident status for ZZZZ.

 

This permanent resident entered the US on a K-1 visa on  XX/XX/XXXX, married the U.S. citizen on XX/XX/XXXX,  and was awarded Conditional Permanent Residence on XX/XX/XXXX that expires on XX/XX/XXXX.

 

The documents included in the petition shows the merging of ZZZZ and YYYY's personal and financial lives since marriage and life as a happily married couple, continuously residing in one address.

1.           Check for $680: includes the $595 I-751 filling fee and the $85 biometric service fee

EXHIBIT E : Evidence Continuing Relationship

 

23.          Two (2) original affidavits of bona fide marriage signed and sworn by U.S. citizens

 

24.          Photos together and with family and friends since marriage

 

25.          Copy of  Travel documents from trips taken since marriage in 2017.

 

26.          Copies of invitations and cards from friends to our address.

Hello,hello!!

 

I am finally putting my packet together, my GC expire in August :(

I have been really lazy this time :( We are expecting and due next month and we haven't had a chance!! but its time! once baby is here I imagine is going to be less time!

 

I want to confirm some information for my peace of mind:

 

I saw the filling address in USCIS using USPS IS:

USCIS 
P.O. Box 21200 
Phoenix, AZ 85036 

 

also the filling fee is 595+85 =680 correct?

 

and Does anybody has a filling checklist or updated cover letter ?

Both correct.

 

Lol yeah, once you have a baby forget about living a 'normal' life for the next 3-4 months. It gets much easier after that. Congrats on the baby!! :)
