Hi guys
my AOS i-130, i-485, i-765( Marriage based)
02/20 sent all forms Chicago lockbox
02/24 USCIS received application
03/7 received 3 hard copy notice action from National Benefit center
02/24 priority date
03/03 notice date
03/25 Biometric appointment (canceled b/c Covid19)
No biometric scheduled yet and EAD date is about to current
Has anyone is in the same situation as me, please reply

I am doing AOS from tourist visa also marriage base and i sent all the paperwork on 02/10/2020 and my interview is next week.

I did biometrics on 03/12/2020 just before the COVID-19.

I also expedited my EAD and i have it since early April.

 

Hopefully you get it soon too.

My application was sent in Feb also, but no single information about fingerprint...I have yet to see anyone in NY who is going for fingerprint...

- Feb 22 2020 - Mailed Application (I-130, I-845....) to Chicago

- April 22 2020 - NOA 1

- June 1 2020 - RFE for I-944

- June 24 2020 - Replied to RFE

- Oct 25 2020 - Fingerprint done

- Nov 9 2020 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

It's still cricket here...Nowadays, I just try to not think about it...Maybe magically one day, I will hear from them (if we are all dead by then...)

We filed in March, and my husband was notified in late July that his biometrics appointment was in mid-August. We're in Boston, and he said the appointment was super quick and efficient.
