I received my noa2 approval two days ago. According to the letter the petition is now being sent to NVC. What is the next step ? Do I need to gather anymore documents ? Will I receive something in the mail within 2-4 weeks ? Thank you

You will need to call NVC 5 weeks from your NOA2 date and see if they have received it. If so, you need to ask for your case number and invoice number.

You will not receive anything in the mail until your case ship a to the embassy. Since most embassies are currently closed and or not processing routine visas your case will remain at NVC

As per OP’s post about “k-1 and pregnancy” I believe he is a K-1 so he will just get his case number through NVC as K-1’s do not get an invoice.

@Kasssssss, as was asked in another post please fill out your timeline. If you fill out your timeline, others on the forum will be able to help you better. Advice above is correct, your case will remain at NVC due to pandemic. Once at the consulate you will receive packet 3 and packet 4. Please read the guides for more information.
