meowers are cools as are snappers

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Hehehe, the fifth one down - the cat 'sprawled' across the top of the sofa - that is Exactly how my Lion sleeps - with his hand legs splayed out like that one on either side of the top of the sofa - it is hilarious to see him:-).

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Thanks we are trying to decided to buy a cat. My husband got here three weeks ago and he had 3 cats that lived with him. Is it ok to buy one kitten or should we buy two. I have never owned any pets in my life before except fish. How much does it cost to have a cat each month?

Thanks guys

I dont see anything wrong with getting just one kitten, we got our cat when she was just 8 weeks old and have had her for over a year...she thinks she owns the house!! As far as cost I buy the 10 pound bag of food every 4 to 6 months and litter about every 2 months so i would say for me it might be 25 dollars every 6 months..not including toys and treats, Good Luck to you

I like the "heart" cats..awwww

Cats aren't expensive, but you also have to consider if you want them declawed, definitely want a male nuetered or it will spray(no one get mad at me on that one) if it's a female you might consider getting it spayed, ours would howl for days UGHHHH. Then you have to consider if it's going to be outside, you'd want to get it's needles, and some places require licenses for cats now.........AND as your cat gets older, it might need a vet for some medical conditions.

I've always had at least one cat, and I have never regretted it or found them as expensive as a dog.

that reminded me, I have to go get her stuff from the vet to MOVE!! I HOPE!!

Yeah we looked at Pet Smart. The kittens are 2 months all and are neutered and sprayed have all their shots and have a chip in them. The kittens are 150 and the cats are 125.

I have a cat that does that too! And he's huge so it looks really funny. :P

My present cat sleeps like the one sprawled on his back, belly up.

Those were very cute pictures!

Hey Belwin Mills: What I've discovered is that young kittens (definitely 2 months falls into this category) are much much happier with a buddy. It's best to adopt two of them so they can have someone other than you guys to be with. 2 from the same litter is best. And don't declaw them!

I wouldn't declaw my cats. Think about it when a certain one decides to use my face as a jumping board to the window  2 from the same litter is great if they're both fixed, lol.

 We are thinking about one big cat and one kitten. Is this a good choice? Thanks for all the great advice.
