Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

I am another May filer still left....the one that got transfered from CSC the 19th of Oct....still have not heard anything...still not received at VSC as of middle of the week last week...we have our congressman office looking into it...but they are not offering a lot or hope....our priority date is May 11....so we are at the 6 month mark....this is such a frustrating situation when you run into problems and have no recourse....

Still need help with the timeline edit? Click "Immigration timelines" at the top of the page and then under Timeline Functions click Edit / Add My entry. We are eager to see your approval show up in the VSC stats!

VSC normally takes approximately a week to get the petition to NVC. NVC usually takes approximately another week to send the package to the embassy. There is an occasional petition that takes longer than that, but it is rare.

That really stinks. I have no idea why they would have transferred your petition.

If you have not already done so, I suggest that you also contact the ombudsman and give him the specifics of your situation and your case number. I think he might be able to help you. His email is cisombudsman@dhs.gov

Hey Zizzyb, stop celebrating for a minute and update your timeline!

The pace so far this month has been fantastic. If it continues, November will be the most productive month of the year. So far March has the most approvals with 40 followed by January with 36 and then April and May with 28 each. November has already surpassed the other 6 months.

Come on VSC, keep it up!

One word of caution though. VSC has a big backlog to work through. I will do the summary stats later so that we can see the impact of the November pace on processing times.

I hope our approvals all come very soon. The Vermont Center seems to be improving, lets hope that the Holidays do not slow them down to much.

thats what my SO says..he can feel it coming....he gives it 10 days....I say by December 1...IF we get no RFE...Good luck..our noa1 dates are close.

I think they will keep the pace up...for now. They are close to the 6 month service levels. CSC is showing April as their current service time (oldest petition left?? as of last update) But i do think that VSC had cranked out a lot of the receipting work from the work visas and I485's. They were to complete that by end of October...so Im thinking the adjudicators are freed up to blast through the family visas. I just wish they had communicated some of the information they recently communicated a few months earlier than they did. They knew they had a backlog, communication should have been much better. Still a broken process...but we are moving...yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
