Tel me about it....If i would have been told in the beginning that i would be at 165 days without an approval....i would have let Leidy go get her Tourist visa and said F the fiance visa!!!!!!!!!!!!! :angry::angry:

We were APPROVED!!!

Holy Moly, no touches, nothing. Just an email this morning that an approval letter was sent on November 4th. November 4th, since when do they work on Sunday? Who cares, I have the email and the USCIS website was updated to reflect the same thing.

Those of you counting, USCIS received our application on June 8th and sent our NOA1 on June 11th, touched us on June 13th.... a long 5 months of nothing and then an NOA2 November 4th. :dance:

Does anybody off the top of their head know how much time is added to a petition when you get a RFE????

Keep in mind they sent it, I got it and sent it back the next day, they received it and then i got 3 touches...thats where it stopped....I just hope that they dont actually have a disclaimer that says that once a RFE is issued there is something like 30-60 days additional to the 6 month adjudication commitment... :unsure:

Do you think they really mean NOA1 and they are mistakenly saying NOA2?

I don't think there is any fixed length of time. Some people get approval fairly quickly and for others it takes a little longer.

In your case Byron, I am hoping that all the touches means something really soon :)

Dunno. But they really need to brush up on the calendar since I never knew there was a 31st day of November!! :blink: I suspect they really meant 10/31/07.

Byron, call that good for nothing lawyer of yours to see if your NOA2 is in her pile of unopened mail! Ohters have reported getting the NOA2 without the website updating or an email. Worth a check since you did have all those touches!

Calling her is the most frustrasting thing to do!!!!!!!!!!! I wont get anything out of that lady...I'll get...." You know ill call you as soon as it arrives" .....This has become such a nightmare!!!! Besides USCIS being all screwed up..my lawyer sucks!!!!!!!

I better have a very very very very very long marriage after all of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wacko:
