Any paper filers? Question regarding online account

Hi N-400 filers,

 

I was wondering if there's any paper filers?

 

I filed N-400 by paper, and now I can see my case status on my uscis account. 

 

However, under the section "Documents" - "unsolicited documents", I see there's an uploaded document. Since I've filed by paper, I've never personally uploaded anything online for my N-400. I assume that was uploaded by USCIS. And when I opened this document it turns out to be only PART of my bank statements i've sent with my N-400 files. 

 

Other than that, NOTHING else was uploaded, including my application form, tax transcripts, permanent resident card copy, etc. Does it mean I have to manually upload all these documents again online? 

 

It's just a little bit confusing for me since I've filed it only by paper, does it happen to any other paper filers as well?

That's odd. Maybe they're in the process and scanning and uploading. Check it again in a few days and see if more things are added?

Thank you for the suggestion. I've checked again my account and it still shows only this uploaded document. the document was named as "my case number + part 6", I assume there are still at least part 1-5. I will update everyone if I received any notifications.

Hi everyone,

 

Just wanted to update what I heard from USCIS about the online account for paper filers.

I was able to talk with an immigration officer yesterday and she confirmed she can see all my files (370+ pages) on her end, and she believed that was a glitch on my end for not being able to see all the files, she then suggested me to talk with a technical specialist. 

 

Today I talked with the technical specialist and she confirmed that she can also see all the file items on her end, and they even scanned my envelops... but she wasn't able to open them as she doesn't have the permission. Then she talked with her supervisor and told me that usually paper filers wouldn't be able to see the entire scanned files on their online accounts, the document section on online account is usually served for uploading documents if an RFE received.
