Case document review note!! Unable to read case update messages in the CEAC system!!!

Today I just receive the email titled "Notice Regarding Your Immigrant Case ".

 

However, when I logged into the CEAC system to check the update, it showed all the documents that I uploaded to NVC have been accepted, but I cannot open the "new message" session. It only has a message titled as "case docunent review note". I do not know whats going on and how can I process the next steps. Does this mean more documents are needing or they request a co-sponsor? How can U figure out my case update? Thank you so much for helping out!

Try this, click on the tile of the message ONLY ONE time and wait for the content showing. It's very slow sometime it takes up to 10 mins. If you keep clicking on it, it will be even longer. It happened to me too, I learn it the hard way. Hope this help

Yes, I would just get a grey box when I tried to read my message. I had to wait two days before I could read it and had to use Internet Explorer.

Thank you suggestion. But I had tried to clicked it only ONE time, and it showed empty page. Is there any other way to read the new update? THX!

Call NVC and they will tell you what the message says. I have never been able to open any of their RFE or comments. Sometimes my lawyer was able to, but they are very nice about updating you if you call. It just takes some time on hold. Good luck.
