The DOS link appears to acknowledge that there are English only nikah namas, so you may be fine.

I can’t find acknowledgement in the above for English nikah Nama. Nvc has rejected my English nikah Nama and asking for Urdu version along with its certified translation.  But I don’t have Urdu version I have only English version can somebody help me what to do now. Thanks.

The link used to say that in larger cities, Nikah Namas are available in English.  It doesn't say it now, which is strange.

A warning to anyone else in this situation, or getting married in Pakistan - DO NOT GET AN ENGLISH NIKAH NAMA.  GET AN URDU ONE AND ITS TRANSLATION.  DO NOT ASSUME "ENGLISH IS BETTER".

The link does say that you can obtain a certified copy.  You could try to go to the UC, request a certified copy (they will probably pretend that they can't do it, but they can).  You can then request an Urdu language certified copy, and then translate that.

Actually I went there and they refused to issue Urdu as it is almost 13-14 years old.

That is false.  I know people who just got married (within the last year) and got Urdu Nikah Namas

You can also try to upload a letter explaining your situation.
