Hello everyone , Just need some help to fill this form out pleaseee

1. For all the empty spaces that I don't have an answer to should I leave them blank after selecting no or should I write N/A ?

2.For the additional pages I had to write one of my job history there. However, for that section  there's no ''item number'' should I leave it blank ?

3. What's the best way to mail the packet ? Can I just organize it in a regular folder and separate it with large paper clips ? the put it in an envelope ?

1. We put N/A rather than leaving it blank

2. My fiance had the same issue for address history and he just put "address" in there when he printed it out (wrote it neatly in print letters by hand). Not sure if that was right or not though

3. he just put the papers in the order of the cover letter and then had one paper clip for everything and put that all in the envelope without folders

Hope this helps!

1. For all the empty spaces that I don't have an answer to should I leave them blank after selecting no or should I write N/A ?  N/A is the preferred way.

2.For the additional pages I had to write one of my job history there. However, for that section  there's no ''item number'' should I leave it blank ? Section 8 is used for any overflow or where your information will not fit the question or section you are answering.

3. What's the best way to mail the packet ? Can I just organize it in a regular folder and separate it with large paper clips ? the put it in an envelope ?

USCIS likes to have the like papers together with a paperclip and alligator clip the entire packet together. Be sure you have received everything before sending it off. People miss the check boxes for the criminal history and will get an RFE which will delay your process by 2-4 weeks. Good luck and stay engaged.

@TheB's

I put my packet in a Manila folder and labeled it I129F. Then I put it in a priority envelope and shipped it overnight.

I had a table of contents and listed how many pages each section was. Then separated each section with a paper clip. I used a couple binder clips to keep the whole thing together.
