My friend received  a RFE notice this morning in uscis case status. She wants to know if she has to wait for the original notice by mail, or just print the notice from her case status, since the entire notice is there because she has to include a copy of the notice with the evidence they are asking for. They are asking for is a copy of the marriage certificate .

I will advice you wait to get the hard copy in the mail. it will have all the instructions, where, and how  to send it back

Okay I will tell her. She is a bit impatient  because of the long wait especially  with covid she hasn't  seen her husband  in almost a year. The notice in the case status  in the new website  also has all the instructions .

If you have the instructions, where, and how to mail the RFE to them. I don't see why not. the faster they receive it the earlier the Approval. Because you case have gone through review, and may  have been approved if not the missing Marriage Certificate. Good Luck

I think for RFE you have to include the letter with your respond. I am not sure if the online status wording of the letter will be the same.

Also I have read here on VJ where someone was approved before he could response to a RFE, lol.....
