hello guys...............

its already thursday today and by today also i didnt get the approval letter.............like me there are many here who have the same time line.......................when will be our week..............looks like uscis cali is doing some work finally..........but when our time will come, its a question?

how many got approval letter this week..............looks like 4-5 to me.................

one more day we have to end this week............lets be positive and pray to god ...........may be we will hear the good news tomorrow...........

APRIL 16 TRANSFERRED TO CALI

JULY 26 A TOUCH FIRST TOUCH I BELIVE

wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

Yes, I hope so. If not today at least next week must be our week. We can't wait anymore. :( :( :( USCIS please approve us and don't be so cruel with the families in the future.

Yay, lets all be positive, I remember there was a time when USCIS posted a bunch of approvals on Friday evening. So lets not give up on this week yet atleast till 7pm tonight. Also, I am hoping the trend with CSC will continue and we will see some approvals next week :)

I think CSC is moving again.We can see approvals finally ,after so many uneventful and sad weeks.

Hopefully the progress continues and we all be approved in this month.

ur vj timeline says ur case should be approved by july 27..............whats up with that................is vj timeline not correct..................did you call the uscis.........if so what was their response on your case..............you are almost in the six month mark right.....................i am heading towards almost 5 months mark too.............lets hope today or the next week will be our week .................

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have not posted on here but I have been keeping up with March Filers. I have been seeing a lot of progress being made in the last week at CSC.

I just got the email today via USCIS both of our petitions were approved :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

The I-129F and the I-130!!!!!!!!!!

I see a lot of timelines that are close to mine and I know you will be receiving your APPROVALS soon.
