Not yet. I submitted my online application on April 3rd and I'm still waiting for a response from USCIS.

I know date changed may not mean anything but I was surprised to see 2 date changes already. I was Wondering if anyone experienced the same. Texas SC

What do you mean by two date changes? What exactly was changed?

When you file online you sometimes see a change in the date under case status. The part that speaks about “your benefit request is being processed” that date was changed twice. I’ve seen people in forums state that it could mean that your file was touched by an officer

Oh I see what you mean. Mine was changed as well, but I thought it meant that the case was last updated on that date and this is the most current status? That's just my guess. I hope it means it was touched by an officer though, that would be great.

Hey guys, I submitted my application on April 2nd 2020. As of now, I have gotten two date changes, the most recent being on May 31st. I know it may be too soon, but has anyone who submitted in April receive any updates thus far?

People had date changes and waited for months so I don't think it means anything unfortunately. Especially because you applied lately.

I filed 3 I-130's (wife and 2 stepchildren) in April also.  So far there have been 3 different date changes on each case.  The last date change was May 29th on all 3 cases simultaneously.   I got excited because I thought maybe we were getting close to hearing something from USCIS, but nothing yet. These times suck even more now. Not only are we separated from our spouses, in many cases we cant travel to see them either. Patience... Patience... Patience.....

I got an RFE from USCIS today. So in some regards that's good because they are reviewing my case faster than expected.  I will be able to upload the required documents and respond to the request by Thursday.  Anyone have any recent experience in how fast they are reviewing RFE responses and changing to approvals in the online system?
